Give us a call today!!Jan became an Accredited Mediator with the Resolution Institute in 2015, has worked as Contract Mediator for the Ministry of Business,Innovation and Employment (MBIE) for a period of 18 months. Jan continues to offer private mediation to clients to assist with:
- Resolution of Personal Grievances and disputes
- Conflict between individual employees
- To support with the negotiation of exit packages
Conflict Coaching and Training
We are able to offer a whole range of especially designed conflict resolution training to meet the needs of each specific group. We have the following courses:- Conflict coaching for managers - providing basic techniques to resolve conflict;
- Team conflict resolution workshops - this helps the team to understand and be able to work through conflict and reach a compromise and a resolution;
- Conflict resolution workshops - to help individual employees understand the nature of conflict and how to work towards resolution with others;
- How to have challenging conversations - a 1 hour workshop designed to support individual's with frameworks to have a difficult conversation, to successfully influence another person and maintain the relationship.
